OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our digital marketing team. The Client Servicing Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns and delivering exceptional client experiences. Someone who has worked in an agency and has the caliber to handle multiple clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, performance, Copy).
- Understand client goals, business objectives, and marketing needs.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports, insights, and performance metrics to clients.
- Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and optimization across channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.).
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and grow client accounts.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines and pressure.
- Hands-on experience in Power Point and Excel software.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and project management tools is a plus.
