About Antraalaap Studio

Antraalaap Studio is a professional music and creative studio equipped with high-quality, industry-standard equipment and facilities. We are a growing studio looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing, sales, social media, and customer acquisition.

This is not a role where you will simply be asked to make a few Instagram posts. We are looking for someone who wants to actively help build the business.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Antraalaap Studio
• Create and manage Instagram content, reels, stories, and posts
• Identify opportunities to increase our online reach and brand visibility
• Generate new leads through social media, outreach, networking, and other channels
• Respond to enquiries and communicate professionally with potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant studio services
• Follow up with leads and work towards converting them into paying customers
• Build relationships with artists, creators, musicians, influencers, and other potential clients
• Explore partnerships and promotional opportunities
• Maintain a record of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Work closely with the studio team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Take initiative and experiment with new ideas to increase bookings and revenue

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and genuinely interested in sales and marketing.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable talking to customers and potential clients
• Understand Instagram and social media
• Be willing to actively reach out to people and generate leads
• Have a sales-oriented mindset

• Take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
• Be comfortable working on-site at our studio
• Be interested in the music, entertainment, or creative industry

Previous experience in sales, marketing, social media, business development, or customer relations is a plus, but we are also open to students and freshers who can demonstrate the right attitude and ability.

Stipend & Performance-Based Opportunity

This is initially an unpaid internship.

The stipend will be performance-based and can go up to ₹15,000/month depending on the value and results you bring to the studio.

The focus will be on measurable contribution such as lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, bookings, and overall business growth.

We understand that building a customer base takes time, especially at the beginning. However, if you are able to demonstrate that you can consistently bring valuable leads and customers to Antraalaap Studio, there is an opportunity to move into a paid role with a higher level of responsibility and compensation.

This role is therefore best suited for someone who wants to learn by actually building something, rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
