About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. The role will focus on managing social media postings, supporting campaign execution, scheduling, and reporting on performance. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in digital marketing and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Support in executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• Track and monitor campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations.

• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements

• 0– 1 year of experience in social media marketing/digital marketing (internship or project experience counts).

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into insights.

• Good communication skills and creativity.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
