BattleBucks is building a skill-based gaming platform where competition meets real-world rewards. We are creating engaging, competitive, and seamless gaming experiences where players can compete, improve, and win rewards based on skill.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Campaign Creative Designer who can create visually engaging content for our brand across social media, performance marketing campaigns, app promotions, events, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create creatives that attract attention, communicate clearly, and drive user action.

Responsibilities

Social Media Creatives

  • Design daily/weekly creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts thumbnails, and other platforms.
  • Create posts, carousels, banners, reels covers, stories, and announcement creatives.
  • Maintain consistent brand style, typography, colours, and visual identity.
  • Convert ideas, announcements, and campaigns into attractive visual content.

Campaign Creatives

  • Design ad creatives for paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer promotions.
  • Create high-converting banners, app install ads, offer creatives, tournament creatives, and promotional graphics.
  • Work with the marketing team to create campaign concepts, hooks, taglines, and visual directions.
  • Create multiple design variations for A/B testing.

Gaming/App Marketing Creatives

  • Design creatives for game launches, tournaments, leaderboards, rewards, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create engaging visuals around challenges, score sharing, rewards, winners, and community events.
  • Make creatives that appeal to gamers and mobile app users.

Motion & Video Support

  • Create basic motion graphics, short animated posts, reel templates, and video thumbnails.
  • Edit short-form videos/reels using brand assets, gameplay clips, text overlays, and music.
  • Coordinate with video editors if advanced editing is required.

Brand & Content Support

  • Help build a strong visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Create pitch deck visuals, app store promotional graphics, website banners, and internal campaign assets when needed.
  • Stay updated with design trends, meme trends, gaming trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of social media formats and creative sizes.
  • Ability to design for performance marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work fast and create multiple creative options.
  • Understanding of gaming, mobile apps, esports, or youth-focused brands is a strong plus.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, social media design, campaign design, or digital marketing creatives.
  • Experience designing creatives for mobile apps, games, esports, entertainment, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
  • Portfolio with social media posts, ad creatives, campaign banners, or reels thumbnails.

  • Ability to understand briefs quickly.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Open to feedback and fast iterations.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment.
