Role Description

As a Social Media Business Strategist, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the content, design, marketing, and leadership teams to strengthen the brand's digital presence, enhance audience engagement, and drive measurable business growth through strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan content calendars across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and others.
  • Analyze social media performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and business conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to execute campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and audience behavior mapping.
  • Create frameworks for social media growth, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.
  • Optimize content strategy based on analytics, trends, and platform algorithms.
  • Lead execution of campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years in Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Brand Strategy roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms.
  • Ability to create result-driven strategies that improve engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Experience working with design and content teams to execute creative ideas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
