Role Description
We're looking for a creative yet data-drivenSocial Media Business Strategistto lead and execute our organic social presence. You will build high-impact strategies, manage content calendars, oversee execution, drive engagement, and connect brand storytelling with real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and executeorganic social strategyacross Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan & publishengaging content reels, posts, stories, carousels, UGC, etc.
- Drivecommunity management, influencer collaborations, and referral campaigns.
- Trackperformance analytics, report insights, and optimize based on data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media withsales, product, and marketinggoals.
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and audience shifts.
Required Skills
- 46 years in social media management & strategy.
- Deep platform knowledge (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta tools).
- Strong writing + creative eye (Canva, CapCut, Mojo familiarity a plus).
- Ability to link content toengagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
- Influencer outreach or collaboration experience.
- Understanding of funnel marketing (awareness conversion).
- SEO or performance marketing exposure.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise
- Proficiency in crafting and implementing strategic Content Strategies
- Strong Communication skills for effective brand messaging and collaboration
- Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms and analytics tools
- Creativity and ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
