Job Title: Social Communications & Business Coordination Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, young graduate eager to start their career and grow with us. This role involves managing our communication channels, engaging with customers, vendors, and clients, and ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Communication (70%)
- Manage and execute daily social media postings, campaigns, and responses across platforms.
- Engage with customers online, respond to queries, and maintain a professional and brand-consistent tone.
- Monitor online mentions, feedback, and trends relevant to our business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and publish relevant content.
Business Operations Coordination (30%)
- Support sales and supply coordination activities with clients and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records, including invoices, KYC documents, sales and purchase data.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, payments, and compliance.
- Assist in general operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong willingness to learn.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand customer behaviour and business dynamics.
- Comfortable in working in a early stage Start-Up environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable using social media tools and basic office software.
Work Mode:
- Hybrid model with both in-office and remote work options, depending on task requirements.
Contract:
- Initial short-term contract. High performers will be considered for a long-term role.
