Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and others.
  • Manage various campaign types including search, display, video, shopping, and retargeting ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure marketing objectives are aligned.
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates to maintain campaign competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with app install campaigns and product feed management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
