We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Growth Manager who can build SkillBrew's voice, presence, and credibility across social platforms.

This role is not about just posting content.

It's about building a brand people trust, follow, and convert with.

You'll work closely with founders, growth, and product teams to turn ideas into high-impact social content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Web Content Writing and Writing skills
• Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management
• Research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Own and manage LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (priority on LinkedIn)
• Build and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with product, hiring, and AI trends
• Create founder-led and brand-led content (carousels, reels, short videos, threads)
