• Social Media Associate: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
• Social Media Manager: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Social Media Assistant: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our marketing team in managing day-to-day social media activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories.
- Assist in preparing monthly content calendars.
- Research trending reels, audio, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Write simple captions and organize content files.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and photographers.
- Collect content from clients and maintain content folders.
- Monitor comments and messages and escalate when required.
- Maintain posting schedules and ensure timely uploads.
- Update spreadsheets, content trackers, and task sheets.
- Support content shoots whenever required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
