About Flatscanner

Flatscanner (flatscanner.ai) helps people renting in Bangalore check a flat before they visit. Paste any listing and get a Flat Score: real commute time, rent against the area median, what's within 1 km, and the red flags brokers won't mention. People with a room can post it free, and we send it to people already looking nearby.

What you'll do

Run our Instagram and WhatsApp Channel: new rooms as they're posted (scored, and shared with the poster's OK), stories with links, and 2–3 reels a week, like Is this rent fair or What 20k gets you in HSR vs Bellandur.
Run small Meta campaigns for people with a room to let and people looking, within a few km of our areas. Every ad gets its own tracking link. Each week you read the numbers and switch off what isn't working.
Draft LinkedIn posts.
Find and brief 3–4 Bangalore creators for small paid collaborations.

You

Have run Meta ads yourself in Ads Manager, not just Boost post. Any budget counts.
Make reels and carousels that look clean, in Canva, CapCut or whatever you use.
Write short, plain English (Hinglish where it fits).
Bonus: you've hunted for a flat or flatmate here recently.

How we work
