Summary of the role :
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and executing digital content strategies. The role involves working across multiple verticals within the organization, creating content that is both meaningful and engaging, and helping amplify brand visibility through organic and paid digital channels. If you're someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the science of social media performance and knows your way around Canva and campaign dashboards we'd love to work with you.

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution :
o Plan, schedule, and publish platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
o Write effective captions and post copy aligned with brand tone and audience preferences
o Work with internal design and content teams to develop visuals and videos
Community Management :
o Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to nurture online communities
o Track audience sentiment and engagement across platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
o Liaise with internal stakeholders from multiple teams (content, design, events, leadership)
o Coordinate for content approvals, briefs, and campaign alignment
Analytics & Performance :
o Track performance metrics and compile monthly reports
o Use insights to tweak content strategy for better results
Tools & Trends :
o Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Buffer, and analytics dashboards
o Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithm changes, and emerging tools including AI-based content tools.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
3+ years of experience in social media marketing and content management.
Strong command over written and spoken English
Proficiency in Canva (mandatory), with a good eye for visual design
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Ability to manage multiple brand handles and campaigns simultaneously
Agile, accountable, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Website maintenance skills.
Creative, structured, and strategic mindset with great execution skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently while handling high-priority projects.
Nice to have :
Paid campaign management and analytics
Basic skills in video editing or mobile shooting (reels, stories, etc.)
Previous experience with educational institutions, NGOs, or mission-led brands
Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, or other content-AI platforms
