Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Associate (Content & Creatives) based in Kolkata. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, executing social media marketing campaigns, and managing brand presence across platforms. They will develop and write compelling posts, analyze trends, and collaborate on strategies to grow audience engagement. The role requires creativity, strategic planning, and attention to brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Create social media creatives including posts, carousels, and content concepts
• Develop engaging, relatable, and audience-focused content
• Identify and adapt trends, memes, and viral formats according to the brand
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
• Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies
• Analyze content performance and optimize content accordingly

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, memes, trends, and internet culture
• Ability to create funny, casual, relatable, and engaging content aligned with the brand
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Creative thinking, content ideation, and independent execution skills
• Ability to analyze engagement and content performance metrics
• Passion for wellness, natural living, and familiarity with Ayurvedic principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in content creation for wellness, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
