We are looking for energetic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Associates who can manage client accounts, coordinate content creation, and ensure seamless execution of social media activities.

Role Description

As a Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts and coordinating all activities related to content planning, content creation, approvals, scheduling, and social media management.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with designers, video editors, videographers, and creative strategists to ensure high-quality content is delivered consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, client interaction, social media trends, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts for assigned client brands across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients for content planning, approvals, and regular communication.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and identifying relevant content opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in content shoots along with videographers and creative teams.
  • Work closely with designers, editors, and strategists to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Execute social media campaigns and ensure content is published as per schedule.
  • Track content performance, maintain project trackers, and prepare basic reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
  • Support internal marketing and business development initiatives whenever required.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or account management.
  • Freshers with strong interest in social media marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and content opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts efficiently.
