Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role as a Social Media Assistant for www.FinessFreak.com in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Assistant will assist in creating unique and engaging content for the company's social media platforms and will monitor and report on social media metrics and analytics. The Social Media Assistant should be knowledgeable about the latest social media trends and will work with the marketing team to implement high-performing social media strategies. Fair Editing Knowledge on Apps like Filmora or Adobe Premiere Pro is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, media studies or a related field
• Proven work experience as a social media assistant or in a similar role
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective algorithms
• Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
• Demonstrable creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Fair Experience with graphic design and/or video editing software is a MUST
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
