This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Assistant based in Kolkata. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for managing the studio's social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content, and developing strategies to enhance online presence. Daily responsibilities include drafting and scheduling posts, engaging with the online community, analyzing social media performance metrics, and assisting in crafting compelling campaigns to grow the studio's audience.

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including platform-specific tools and analytics
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
• Strong Communication and Writing abilities
• Creativity and a good understanding of visual storytelling for a digital audience
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with trends in photography, videography, and creative content is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
