Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Assistant role located in New Delhi. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, crafting marketing campaigns, and maintaining an active presence across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling posts, monitoring audience engagement, analyzing social media performance, and collaborating with the team to execute communication strategies. The position also involves brainstorming creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and writing skills for engaging and clear messaging
  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience managing and using Social Media platforms effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to assess social media performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
