Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Social Media and Video Editing Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur. In this role, you will create and edit video content, develop motion graphics, and contribute to social media campaigns by producing visually compelling multimedia assets. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all content while playing a critical role in the execution of creative strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics Design
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in content creation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Video Content (Reels/Shorts): Shoot and edit high-energy short-form video content. This includes cutting raw footage, adding trending audio, kinetic typography, and smooth transitions.
• Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Trend Jacking: Stay 24/7 alert for trending audio and social media memes to adapt for Scroll Mint and its clients.
• Basic Graphics: Use tools like Canva or Photoshop to create eye-catching thumbnails and static posts.
• Scripting Support: Collaborate on hooks and captions that stop the scroll.

Required Skills & Tools

Tools for Video Editing - Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or CapCut (Advanced level)

Design - Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (Basic level)

Social Media - Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics

Soft Skills- High Creative Quotient, punctual delivery, and a sense of humor
