Position Summary
Foxhog is looking for a dynamic and execution-driven *Social Media & PR Executive* to strengthen the company's digital presence, media positioning, and brand communication. The role requires a blend of content strategy, public relations coordination, and website management (WordPress).
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling social platforms, media outreach, website updates, and leadership communication with professionalism and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, articles, reels, announcements, and leadership branding content.
- Maintain and manage a structured content calendar.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Track performance metrics and share actionable insights.
Public Relations (PR)
- Coordinate with media houses, journalists, and industry publications.
- Draft press releases, media notes, leadership interviews, and official announcements.
- Support brand visibility through events, partnerships, and industry forums.
- Manage reputation and ensure consistent brand positioning across platforms.
Website & WordPress Management
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
- Upload blogs, press releases, announcements, and event updates.
- Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand messaging.
- Coordinate with developers/designers for updates or improvements when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media and PR roles (corporate/startup/finance background preferred).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
- Strong content writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with media outreach and press coordination.
- Proficiency in Canva or equivalent tools; basic video editing knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking.
