Job Description:
We are currently looking for two dynamic individuals to join our team as interns. These roles offer unique opportunities for specialization in either Social Media or Performance Marketing.
Social Media Intern: (Jaipur Location Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for Charitism's social causes campaigns.
- Write persuasive, informative, and emotionally engaging content for campaign pages, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Create impactful and shareable content for social media posts and reels.
- Manage and maintain Charitism's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track the success of social media campaigns.
- Film and shoot video content for Charitism's social media channels.
- Act as on-screen presenter and spokesperson, delivering heartfelt and persuasive messages to connect with the audience.
Performance Marketing Intern: ( Work From Home)
Responsibilities:
- Execute on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and digital publishers.
- Regularly monitor and report key metrics.
- Learn and utilize new digital marketing tools.
- Apply industry-standard tools for data analysis and optimization.
- Support Graphic and Video teams.
- Provide data-driven insights for creative improvement.
- Assist in executing strategies for growth and engagement.
- Analyze social media data for strategy adjustments.
- Support various initiatives, including SEO, CRM, and donor programs.
- Collaborate across teams for exposure to different marketing aspects.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program or recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- For Social Media Intern: Familiarity with social media platforms and creative content creation.
- For Performance Marketing Intern: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and analytics.
- Creative mindset and ability to think strategically.
