Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media and Meta Creative Manager based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Social Media and Meta Creative Manager will plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns and creatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing visual assets, writing or refining captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, managing creative timelines, coordinating with external partners or freelancers when needed, and optimizing campaigns based on insights and data. The manager will stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead concept development, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling across social media and Meta platforms.
  • Branding experience to ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging in all social and digital touchpoints.
  • Project Management skills to plan content calendars, manage timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Graphic Design skills to create or oversee high-quality social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, and basic motion graphics.
  • Experience managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) pages and ad campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in wellness, holistic living, or organic products, with sensitivity to culturally rooted and traditional narratives.
