Job Description

We are looking for a full-time team member who can take ownership of day-to-day social media operations across multiple brands and clients. This role combines creativity with coordination. You will plan content, write it, publish it, and also ensure communication flows smoothly between team, clients and occasional on-ground activities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan monthly social media calendars across platforms
  • Write captions, post copies and basic creative briefs
  • Schedule and publish posts regularly
  • Coordinate with designers and internal team for execution
  • Attend client meetings and maintain notes & follow-ups
  • Track approvals and revisions
  • Assist in execution of small events / activations when required
  • Maintain content folders, sheets and documentation
  • Ensure timelines and posting consistency across accounts
Requirements
  • Strong written English communication
  • Basic understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn content formats
  • Organized and detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs and scheduling tools
  • Reliable, responsive and deadline-driven
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Canva knowledge
  • Basic design sense
  • Experience handling brand pages or internships in marketing
  • Interest in events / brand activations
  • Some knowledge of Digital Marketing and Online Ads
