Social media and content intern

Zenryn Technologies is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Intern to help manage and grow our presence across Instagram and Facebook.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how social media content is planned, created, published, managed and improved through real-world execution.

You will be involved in the complete content process:

Idea → Creation → Editing → Publishing → Engagement → Analysis → Improvement

What You'll Do

• Manage Zenryn's Instagram and Facebook presence
• Brainstorm creative content ideas, themes and campaigns
• Research relevant social media trends and content formats
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Create short-form videos, Reels and social media posts
• Shoot content when required
• Create visual content using Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Edit videos and short-form content
• Write captions, hooks and calls-to-action
• Publish and manage content across Instagram and Facebook
• Repurpose suitable content across both platforms
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions
• Track reach, views, engagement and other relevant metrics
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements
• Experiment with different content formats and creative approaches
• Help build Zenryn's brand identity and online presence

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Is genuinely interested in social media and content creation
• Understands Instagram and Facebook content formats
• Can independently generate creative ideas
• Has an eye for visual presentation and storytelling
• Is comfortable shooting videos or willing to learn
• Can edit videos using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
• Can create designs using Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Keeps up with current social media trends
• Is proactive and comfortable working independently
• Can take feedback and improve quickly
• Is consistent with deadlines and content execution

Previous experience managing an Instagram/Facebook page, creating Reels, editing videos, designing content or managing a brand's social media is a plus.

A portfolio or examples of your work will be valued more than formal experience.
