The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Brand Strategist with a strong agency background. This is a senior-level, hands-on role for a true go-getter who can lead from the front. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end social media and brand strategies, managing a team, and ensuring our campaigns not only meet but exceed client expectations. You must be able to handle high-pressure situations and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Ideation: Lead the development of comprehensive social media and brand strategies aligned with client marketing goals. Conduct in-depth audience research, trend analysis, and competitor activity reviews. Create compelling pitch decks and presentations to win new business and present campaign ideas.
- 360-Degree Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of 360-degree campaigns, from initial ideation to final delivery. Manage all aspects of campaign flow, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis. Ensure seamless integration and social orchestration across all digital touchpoints.
- Content & Amplification: Oversee the creation of all social media content, ensuring it is innovative, high-quality, and on-brand. Possess a deep understanding of what makes content viral, with a strong knowledge of meme marketing and social media amplification.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of social media executives and specialists. Foster a high-performance culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, lasting relationships. Effectively manage client expectations and provide strategic counsel.
- Execution & Performance: Analyze key metrics and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a client-facing role within a media or advertising agency.
- A strong background working within an agency environment is a must. You should be accustomed to a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-centric culture.
- Prior experience handling content-based clients is essential. You should be familiar with branded content, influencer marketing, and content syndication.
- Proven experience in Media Planning /Account Management/ Client Servicing and a deep understanding of and digital media channels.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams.
- Expertise in 360-degree digital campaigns and social media orchestration.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Extensive knowledge of meme marketing and social media trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling presentations.
- The ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
