We are looking for a Social Media Analyst Client Servicing to handle social media accounts, audience growth tracking, and client coordination for production houses, movie promotions, and entertainment brands.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for social media-related communication, performance updates, and deliverables
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Ensure timely publishing of content as per approved calendars and brand guidelines
- Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams to execute client requirements
- Monitor comments, messages, and platform activity; escalate important interactions when required
- Track and analyze audience growth metrics including follower/subscriber growth, engagement rate, reach, and retention
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly social media performance reports with clients
- Present insights and growth observations in a clear and structured manner
- Monitor industry trends, hashtags, competitor performance, and platform updates
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve audience growth and engagement
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and platform best practices
- Handle multiple client accounts while meeting tight timelines
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in social media management, analytics, or client servicing
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and audience growth metrics
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, X Analytics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Interest or experience in movies, OTT content, and the entertainment industry
