Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Social Media Executive who truly understands interiorsspaces, aesthetics, materials, lightingand can transform them into engaging visual stories. This individual will be the voice and visual curator of Chalk Studio across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Develop content calendars aligned with brand goals, design style, and business priorities.
• Strategize social media campaigns with strong narrative direction for each project.
• Ensure brand consistency in visual aesthetics and messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to keep content relevant and innovative.

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of:
• Project sites (work-in-progress, production stages)
• Completed interiors and final handovers
• Client interactions and experiential brand moments
• Studio culture and behind-the-scenes activities
• Conceptualize creative content formats Reels, walkthroughs, designer insights, mood boards, etc.
• Ensure edits are timely, refined, and true to the brand's premium identity.

Social Media Platform Management

Manage posting, scheduling, and layout across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Write captions and research optimal hashtags for organic growth.

Track engagement daily and respond to comments/messages to maintain active audience interaction.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports with insights on reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Analyze data to refine content planning and improve results.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, and agencies when required.

Work closely with the Studio Head and Founder for approvals, shoots, and brand direction.

Manage multiple deliverables and timelines efficiently.

Key Skills & Competencies

23 years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, or real estate industry.

Ability to visually understand and represent spaces with design sensitivity.

Working knowledge of editing tools for basic photo/video enhancements.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Passion for interiors and digital storytelling.
