We're looking for a fresh, energetic mind to take charge of our social media handles, someone who doesn't just manage content, but lives and breathes it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning our social media end-to-end (strategy, content, posting, engagement)
- Working closely with the team to bring campaign strategies to life
- Staying on top of trends and translating them into brand-relevant hooks
- Most importantly, taking the initiative to evolve and expand the channels
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing social media independently or with a team
- Strong understanding of Instagram (and short-form content in general)
- Self-sufficient in executing social media posting even on the days when the creative team isn't around
Brownie Points if you're camera-friendly and confident speaking in front of it
What We're Not Looking For
- Someone who just handles social media; posts, and forgets
- Someone who isn't willing to be accountable for outcomes
- Someone who relies entirely on designers/editors and can't execute basic content themselves
