This role is for one of our clients

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital MarketingStrategist who can take complete ownership of our digital presence and brand growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategy, aesthetics, content direction, and performance understanding. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, deep understanding of content Trends, and the ability to lead and manage a creative team including designers, video editors, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive brand growth across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Translate business objectives into impactful campaigns and content plans.
  • Lead content planning with a focus on reels, videos, trend-based content, and storytelling.
  • Create direction for scripts, captions, hooks, and campaign messaging.
  • Ensure strong visual aesthetics and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Execute and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Analyze social media insights and campaign performance metrics.
  • Optimize social media profiles for better discoverability and engagement.
  • Lead and manage a creative team of 5–6 members including designers, video editors, and content creators.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
  • Oversee community engagement and maintain an active and loyal audience.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategy.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads and analytics tools.
  • Excellent aesthetics and visual storytelling sense.
  • Experience writing scripts, captions, and campaign concepts.
  • Strong leadership and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a creative team.
  • Experience in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is a strong plus.
