Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Growth Associate to build KwikMedi's online presence, drive user acquisition, and create engaging digital experiences for our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth:
Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
Optimize campaigns for conversions, CAC, and ROI.
Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and scale winning creatives.
Social Media Management:
Develop content calendars and manage daily posting across platforms.
Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories).
Build brand voice and increase organic followers, reach, and engagement.
Content & SEO:
Write blogs, captions, and SEO-optimized content.
Work with designers to create creative assets for campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and report insights.
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
Community & Brand Building:
Engage with customers online and respond to queries.
Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Skills & Requirements
25 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
Strong understanding of paid ads, organic growth, and analytics.
Ability to create compelling digital content (text & visual).
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in startups, healthcare, or quick-commerce is a plus.
A get things done attitude with ownership and accountability.
