Job Role – Social Media & Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to manage daily social media content around our 3D printing activities. The role will involve generating content ideas, shooting reels/videos of the printing process and products, and creating engaging behind-the-scenes content.

The candidate will also handle customer support activities, respond to customer queries when required, and assist with other day-to-day official tasks at Matri.

Key focus: Social media content creation, video shooting, customer experience, and operational support.
