Key Responsibilities:

Social media handling (Instagram primary)

Running and optimizing Meta Ads

Content creation (photo + video)

Planning and executing brand shoots

Reel editing (trend + brand-focused content)

Confidently showing face for brand content when required

Planning and managing weekly content calendar

Captions, hooks, and basic copywriting

Tracking insights and improving performance based on data

Coordinating with production & design team for new launches

Staying updated with trends and adapting them to

Is creative but also execution-focused

Understands performance marketing basics

Has an eye for aesthetics

Is consistent and disciplined
