Agriplast Protected Cultivation is looking for a Creative Designer & Social Media Manager to join our IT Team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and

social media management. This role involves designing engaging social media posts, short videos, and

managing content across all platforms to enhance Agriplast's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation & Design

Design eye-catching graphics and short videos for social media platforms.

Ensure all content aligns with Agriplast's brand identity and marketing strategy.

Social Media Management

Schedule and post content regularly across all social media accounts.

Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.

Content Creation & Editing

Develop creative post ideas, captions, and social media campaigns.

Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other editing software.

Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and relevant to the agricultural industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and video editing tools.

Experience in managing and posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics to track post performance.

Experience in short video creation and editing for reels and promotional content.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
