What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation
- Shoot and create engaging videos/reels showcasing our garments.
- Present products clearly and confidently on camera.
- Develop hook-based, trend-driven content to increase reach and engagement.
- Create posts, stories, and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Post consistently and optimize content performance.
- Track engagement metrics and suggest growth improvements.
Customer Engagement & Lead Management
- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and engage customers across platforms.
- Handle website-related queries including returns, exchanges, and order concerns.
- Maintain timely and brand-aligned communication.
Brand Growth
- Identify trends and formats suitable for product-focused content.
- Assist with boosting posts or promotions when required.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen the brand's digital presence.
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable creating videos and appearing in content (important).
- Confident in presenting garments on camera.
- Passionate about fashion and social media trends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing tools preferred.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.
