Job Description

About Us

The Re-membering Collective is an experiential learning and wellness initiative exploring the relationship between body, identity, and human experience. Our work brings together yoga, somatics, philosophy, and reflective inquiry through retreats, workshops, and learning programs.

As we prepare to launch our new website(15th March) and our upcoming Mosaic Frames Self-Inquiry Retreat (May 2026), we are looking for someone who can help us bring our philosophy and programs alive through thoughtful social media and community engagement.

Role Overview

This role focuses on building an engaged digital community while also supporting retreat operations.

Until now, our Instagram has largely featured event announcements and post-event reels. Going forward, we want to use Instagram and LinkedIn as spaces for dialogue, ideas, and meaningful engagement around themes like identity, self-inquiry, embodiment, and contemporary well-being.

You will work closely with the founder to translate our ideas, philosophy, and upcoming programs into clear, engaging social media content, while also supporting the operational side of the upcoming retreat.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Building

  • Help shape the content direction for Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Translate our philosophy and program themes into engaging posts, reels, and short-form content
  • Plan and schedule weekly content in collaboration with the team
  • Support creation of retreat-related content (announcements, ideas, reflections, etc.)
  • Help grow engagement and community interaction on our platforms

Brand & Content Support

  • Review our website and existing content to ensure consistency in tone and messaging across platforms
  • Help refine how our offerings are communicated digitally
  • Assist with basic content research and drafting captions or short written pieces

Retreat & Program Support

  • Help monitor website inquiries and registration forms
  • Follow up on participant queries when required
  • Assist with basic coordination tasks for the upcoming retreat

(Optional) If available, the intern may also assist with on-ground support during the Mosaic Frames Retreat (May 13).

Working Style

This role will be milestone-based, with clear deliverables set on a monthly basis. As we are currently in a building phase, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work and contribute ideas proactively.

The scope of the role may evolve depending on your interests, skills, and how you would like to contribute to the collective's growth.

Who This Role Is For

Someone who:

  • Enjoys thinking about ideas and translating them into engaging content
  • Has a strong sense of aesthetics and communication
  • Is comfortable working with Instagram and LinkedIn formats
  • Is organized and able to follow through on tasks
  • Is curious about wellness, philosophy, psychology, or experiential learning

Familiarity with basic digital tools such as Canva, Instagram scheduling tools, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content planning platforms will be helpful.

Compensation & Work Format

This is a paid internship, with the stipend depending on the candidate's skillsets, prior experience, and the time commitment they are able to offer.

The role offers flexible working hours, with periodic check-ins and milestone-based deliverables.

Location

Hyderabad preferred.

Some in-person coordination may be required closer to the retreat dates.

Duration

34 months initially, with potential to extend depending on mutual fit.
