Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media & Campaign Manager for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will lead social media strategy, manage campaigns, and create engaging content tailored to multiple platforms. Core responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and communications is essential to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing multi-channel campaigns
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences
• Experience in developing effective Content Strategy tailored to target audiences
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance is a plus
• Ability to stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform changes
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
