WHO WE ARE

GAJAN Group Holdings runs eleven businesses across commerce, software and services from Mohali and Toronto: e-commerce brands, a beauty services brand in Canada, a travel agency, B2B software.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

You create and optimize the social and business presence for our brands. Eleven businesses means dozens of profiles: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn pages, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profiles, each built complete: branding, bios, links, categories, verification and platform settings done right the first time. Once built, you keep them healthy: settings current, information consistent, verification maintained, and every new brand launch set up end to end. You work alongside our social media accounts manager: they run the content, you build and maintain the foundations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Create business profiles and pages from zero across all major platforms, complete and verified

- Build Google Business Profiles for our service businesses: categories, services, photos, verification

- Keep branding, bios, links and business information consistent across every platform and brand

- Maintain account health: settings, verification status, recovery options, and clean setup practices that avoid flags

- Set up each new brand launch end to end and hand the finished presence to the content team

- Document every account: what exists, where, credentials handled through our systems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- You have personally created and set up business profiles from zero: real pages you can link to, and the application starts with one

- Google Business Profile setup experience, including verification

- Platform-rules fluency: you know what gets accounts flagged and how clean setup avoids it

- Organized and consistent: dozens of profiles means checklists, not memory

- Honest about what you have not done: we test for this
