Social Media & AI Marketing Intern

ValuEnable is a Rainmatter (Zerodha) backed InsurTech company building technology solutions for India's life insurance ecosystem. Working with 18 life insurers and having served over 2 million policyholders, we help insurers improve customer engagement, retention and policyholder outcomes through our technology platforms.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Creation Intern to strengthen our online presence across B2B and B2C audiences.

The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and exploring emerging AI-powered marketing tools and strategies, including AEO and GEO.

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, edit and create engaging content, including reels, short-form videos, carousels, social media posts, blogs and other marketing creatives.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Assist with SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve online visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
• AI Tools: Use AI-powered tools for content ideation, design, video editing, research and marketing efficiency.
• Campaigns & Analytics: Execute digital campaigns, track engagement and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Creative Thinking: Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing practices. Proactively bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Good content creation skills, including basic graphic design, video shooting and editing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar platforms.
• Strong creative writing skills for captions, blogs, scripts and marketing copy, with proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and AI-powered creative tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO, or a strong willingness to learn.
• A creative mindset, strong social media awareness and ability to independently execute ideas.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Bonus: Prior experience creating content for a brand, running a social media page, or building a personal content portfolio.
