About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Ads to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and scaling lead generation campaigns that deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn

✔ Create and test ad creatives, copies, and audiences

✔ Optimize campaigns for leads, traffic, and conversions

✔ Monitor budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS

✔ A/B test ads and landing pages for better performance

✔ Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools

✔ Stay updated with ad policies, trends, and algorithm changes

✔ Coordinate with design & content teams for ad creatives

Requirements

✔ 1 year –2 years of experience in Social Media Ads / Performance Marketing

✔ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads

✔ Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & lookalike audiences

✔ Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns

✔ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & pixel tracking is a plus

✔ Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach
