Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media AD Manager based in Delhi/NCR with flexible work-from-home options. The Social Media AD Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing social media advertising campaigns across platforms, developing content strategies, optimising social media performance, and ensuring effective communication. Daily tasks include creating ad campaigns, audience targeting, performance analysis, and coordination with internal teams. The role will also involve staying updated on trends and managing ad budgets to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media advertising campaigns
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise campaign results
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
