Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships by understanding their business goals, social media objectives, and broader digital needs.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of client accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable brand growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement, and refine digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring each aligns with client KPIs.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, on-brand content from concept to final production that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through meetings, reports, and presentations, providing updates on performance, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, conversions, and ROI to inform ongoing campaign success.
  • Stay current with the latest digital trends, platform updates, and marketing tools to continuously bring fresh, innovative strategies to client campaigns.
  • Address client concerns proactively and adapt strategies when needed to ensure high satisfaction and goal achievement.
  • Prepare and present customized social media proposals, performance analytics, and strategic roadmaps to demonstrate campaign value and results.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, content, analytics, and paid media teams to ensure unified and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage client budgets and ad spends efficiently to maximize returns and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to grow existing accounts and contribute to overall revenue.
