Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Listening Executive with a strong interest in analyzing online conversations and converting data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of social listening tools and be comfortable preparing regular reports and pitch-ready insights for brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse brand mentions and conversations using social listening tools
  • Track sentiment, trends, key topics, and emerging narratives across platforms
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including insights and summaries
  • Create pitch reports and decks with relevant social listening data and storytelling
  • Support client presentations with data-backed insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with the strategy and account teams to derive actionable outcomes

Skills & Requirements

  • Working knowledge of social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch, or similar platforms
  • Ability to create structured daily, weekly, monthly, and pitch reports
  • Strong analytical, interpretation, and insight-generation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convert data into clear, client-friendly narratives
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Background

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience can apply
