Role Overview
The Associate Consultant supports data delivery, tagging, and digital insights reporting using our proprietary SaaS platform and social listening tools. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, enjoys uncovering audience behavior, and thrives in a structured environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support recurring and ad hoc digital and social media reporting.
- Extract data using listening tools such as Meltwater, Talkwalker, YouScan or equivalent.
- Develop and refine Boolean queries for brand/category tracking.
- Tag content accurately according to SOPs and taxonomy guidelines.
- Enrich and organize metadata (e.g., brand handles, categories, keyword queries, Wikipedia links).
- Produce dashboards and insights reports with consistent quality.
- Follow internal how-to guides and SOPs meticulously.
- Contribute in team huddles and feedback loops for continuous improvement
Skills & Tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (including basic formulas and data cleaning).
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Exposure to social listening tools is preferred.
- Basic research ability to source metadata across platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in social media reporting, digital marketing, or analytics.
- Internship or prior work experience in social listening or media analytics environments is a plus.
