About the role:
We are currently inviting empathetic and skilled communicators to join our team as a Listener and Conversation coach in the Hindi language.
This is a remote freelance role where you'll conduct one-on-one sessions with our users, helping them build confidence and improve their communication skills.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You should be a clear, effective, and engaging communicator in the English language.
- Fluency in spoken Hindi is a mandatory requirement for this position. (MUST)
- Empathy and Patience: The ability to listen actively and provide compassionate support is essential.
- Strong Listening Skills: A genuine interest in understanding their concerns and helping others to improve.
- Reliable Internet Connection: Must be able to conduct high-quality audio and video calls.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one-on-one sessions with users on the askk app, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and confidence.
- Utilise your natural conversational skills to create a supportive and engaging environment.
- Actively listen to users with patience, provide them empathy, & a healthy environment to build confidence.
- Sessions are conducted via audio or video call within the app and are fully moderated to ensure a secure and safe experience for everyone.
