About the Role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, a creator who understands why things go viral, knows what a thumb-stopping hook looks like, and can take an idea from zero to published without hand-holding.
This person will own pages. Build audiences. Experiment with formats. And yes, they'll be expected to work alongside AI tools as a genuine collaborator, not just a prompt-typer.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage brand/studio social pages end-to-end strategy, content, posting, and growth
- Ideate and execute short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) with strong creative instincts
- Stay plugged into platform trends, sound trends, format shifts, and algorithm behavior
- Use AI tools (image gen, video gen, script gen) to accelerate production not replace thinking
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on what the data's telling you
- Collaborate with the motion and creative teams on campaigns that span social and beyond
- Build content systems, templates, hooks, formats, that can be scaled
You're the Right Fit If -
- You've grown at least one social page (personal or brand) with real, organic numbers to show
- You understand the difference between content that looks good and content that performs
- You can write a solid hook, structure a narrative arc, and edit a Reel, all in the same afternoon
- You know your way around CapCut, Premiere, or any editing tool you've made your own
- You're curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, or similar
- You don't wait to be told what's trending. You already know
