Join our collaborative marketing organization as a Social & Programmatic Display Campaign Specialist, where you will play a key role in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns that support global business objectives. This role focuses on hands-on campaign execution across paid social and programmatic display channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, accurate tracking, and performance optimization.
You will manage end-to-end campaign setup, QA, launch, and reporting while partnering with strategy, analytics, and regional teams to drive measurable impact. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys operational excellence, and has a strong foundation in paid media execution.
Execute and manage paid social and programmatic display campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, DV360, Flashtalking, and other DSPs
Own campaign setup, budget pacing, QA, launch, and ongoing optimization to ensure accuracy and performance
Apply standardized naming conventions, CID tagging, and QC processes to support reporting, audits, and governance
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights using dashboards and analytics tools
Ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and best practices
Support A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization efforts
Maintain clear documentation for campaigns, assets, and learnings
Contribute to process improvements, automation, and scalable campaign operations
Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3+ years of experience in paid social and/or programmatic display campaign execution
(Advanced degree with relevant experience also considered)
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or technology
Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, DV360, DSPs)
Familiarity with marketing automation and workflow tools such as Workfront, Eloqua, or Adobe Experience Manager
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Adobe Analytics, platform-native reporting)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on QC, accuracy, and campaign hygiene
Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Experience or familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to translate campaign objectives into precise execution and measurable outcomes
Comfortable working across time zones and global teams
Travel may be required (10-15%)
Fluency in English required additional languages are a bonus.
