We're looking for a Social Content Producer to help build a world-class content machine across founder-led and brand-led channels.
What You'll Do
You will own the creation and execution of a high-velocity content engine across founder and brand pages.
Core Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute viral-first short-form content strategy
- Produce content across:
- Founder Personal Brand: 30–40 pieces/month
- Co-Founder Personal Brand: 30–40 pieces/month
- Brand Organic Page: 40–50 pieces/month
- Performance Ad Creatives: 100–150 pieces/month
- Script, storyboard, and conceptualize content hooks/frameworks
- Shoot content with founders/team in-office and on-location
- Collaborate with editors/designers to ensure fast turnaround
- Spot trends early and adapt them to our brand voice
- Build repeatable content systems/frameworks for scale
- Work closely with growth/performance teams to create ad-first creatives
- Track performance and iterate based on what works
Who You Are
- 2–5 years in content/social/media/creative production
- Have built or significantly grown:
- Your own page OR
- A founder/brand page with standout short-form content
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / Meta creative
- Strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, internet culture, and virality
- Comfortable shooting on phone/camera in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized and able to manage large content volumes
- Obsessed with consumer internet brands and creator ecosystems
