Key Responsibilities :
Content Writing & Strategy
- Write blog articles, landing page copy, long-form content, newsletters, PR articles, and product explainers.
- Develop storytelling-driven content for BFSI audiences (risk, credit, product, compliance, underwriting).
- Maintain consistency of tone, brand voice, and messaging across channels.
Social Media Management
- Own the entire organic social media calendar, especially LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute campaigns, brand narratives, thought-leadership content, and product updates.
- Work with leadership and product teams to convert insights into content.
Campaign Planning
- Plan organic campaigns around product launches, webinars, customer success stories, industry updates, and events.
- Create content for carousels, posts, short videos, and infographics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, design, and events teams to ensure marketing continuity.
- Support event marketing with posts, recaps, speaker announcements, and content derived from events.
SEO & Distribution
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and coordinate with search/content teams for distribution.
- Optimise content for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills :
- 36 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media for a B2B brand (preferably SaaS/BFSI).
- Strong writing ability both short-form and long-form. Understanding of BFSI, fintech, or API-based SaaS (strong plus).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and engaging content.
- Comfortable working on multiple content formats and deadlines.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, SEO basics, analytics, and organic distribution strategies.
