Freshly is building a trusted daily-fresh food platform for India, delivering in minutes. We're rebuilding the traditional retail supply chains to reduce the production-to-plate cycle to hours, with a strong private-label economics, so that the consumer gets - fresh, clean, premium-quality food at accessible price points.
About the Role
You will shape how Freshly looks, feels, and shows up across social and other brand touchpoints. This is a creator-led branding role focused on building awareness, recall, relevance, and conversation around Freshly and its products.
The role is for someone who can think like a storyteller, create like a content creator, and build like a brand person.
What You'll Do
- Own Freshly's brand voice and social presence across platforms.
- Create and publish content across formats — text, static posts, carousels, photos, reels, short-form video, stories, and campaign assets.
- Turn product truths, freshness, quality, and everyday use-cases into strong brand stories.
- Plan content calendars, launches, brand moments, and always-on storytelling.
- Create buzz around the company, products, people, and category conversations.
- Track trends, consumer culture, and creator formats, and adapt them quickly for Freshly.
- Work with design, founders, category, and operations teams to convert real company work into compelling content.
- Collaborate with external creators, photographers, videographers, and influencers when needed.
- Build consistency in tone, visual language, and brand expression.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in branding, content, social media, or creator-led brand work.
- You have personally created content and know how to make people stop, watch, read, or share.
- You are comfortable being a creator yourself, either on your own handle or through brand work.
- You have a strong sense of storytelling, taste, and what feels native on social.
- You can work fast, independently, and with good judgment.
- You understand that branding is not just output volume, but clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.
Nice to Have
- An active creator profile or strong personal content presence.
- A portfolio that shows range: writing, visuals, video, or campaign work.
- Evidence of good engagement, consistency, or audience response.
- Ability to make content from real-world ideas, not only briefs.
- Experience with food, lifestyle, consumer, or D2C brands is a plus.
