Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Social and Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, optimizing digital content, analyzing web traffic, generating leads, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively. The Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the overall brand goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Marketing, ensuring effective campaigns and brand outreach
• Strong skills in Web Analytics to monitor and improve digital performance
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with child development or education-focused organizations is a plus
