We are looking for a Social & Content Growth Manager who can create high-quality content and help grow our online audiences.

You will work on the digital presence of three international initiatives:

• Your Software Supplier – Global software marketplace and ecosystem

• Global Centers for Entrepreneurship – International entrepreneurship network launching 100+ centers worldwide

• Go! Startup & Scaleup – Startup building and scaling company

Your role is to create high-quality content and grow the audiences of our companies.

You will transform insights, ideas and knowledge into engaging content that increases our visibility and attracts new opportunities.

Responsibilities

CONTENT CREATION

Create high-quality content such as:

• LinkedIn posts

• WhatsApp community updates

• Newsletters

• Blog articles and website content

• Short videos for social media and YouTube

• Visual content (images, graphics, animations)

AI tools and modern content tools may be used to increase productivity and quality.

AUDIENCE GROWTH

Grow our audiences across multiple channels:

• LinkedIn followers

• Newsletter subscribers

• WhatsApp communities

• Website traffic

• YouTube audience

BRAND POSITIONING

Help position our companies as trusted global ecosystems in technology and entrepreneurship.

MARKETING & RECRUITMENT

Content should also help:

• attract new clients

• attract partners

• attract talented professionals to join our ecosystem

Requirements

We are looking for someone who understands how content drives growth.

You should have:

• 5–10 years experience in content creation, social media, or growth marketing

• Proven experience growing social media accounts or online audiences

• Excellent English communication and writing skills

• Ability to consistently create high-quality content

• Experience using modern AI content tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Working Model

This role is offered as an independent contractor position.

This means:

• You work remotely

• You manage your own tools and software

• You organize your own working hours

We focus on results and growth, not micromanagement.

Compensation

Base compensation:

€740 per month (₹79,596) – full time

Performance bonuses:

Up to €4,000 per year (₹437,456) based on targets such as:

• audience growth

• content performance

• marketing impact
